At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations outside the U.S. and Canada

All orders go through a processing period before shipment.

  • Business Days: Mondayโ€“Friday (excluding weekends and federal holidays)
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

Delayed Shipments

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier logistics, or other unforeseen factors. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows โ€œdeliveredโ€ but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members.
  2. Contact the carrier directly for clarification.
  3. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, email us immediately at support@maisonflame.com.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Address Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us right away at support@maisonflame.com.
Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of the package

You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
